高留华军医1970年参军。1971年开始研究治疗神经性耳聋、 耳鸣。1979年到1980年研究发明了“聋鸣一号、二号、三号”三个治疗神经性耳聋的新穴位，1981年到1989年研究发明耳聪冲剂、耳聪汤剂、耳聪片剂及耳聪胶囊，经29年的研究与摸索创造了聪耳止鸣快速无痛针剌法。

 他所创造的“高氏疗法”，使众多耳聋患者不同程度恢复了听力和语言能力。他先后获得“中国残疾人福利基金会康复工作成果奖”；

卫生部“神农杯”优秀奖；全国科学技术博览会“金奖”及“军队医疗成果三等奖”；三次荣获军队三等功。

  高留华　男　1956年2月12日，现任北京八一电影制片厂医院耳聋康复中心主任。

    至今已收治了众多听力障碍的患者，其90%的患者在不同程度上恢复了听力和语言能力。并在国内外发表了多篇学术论文，受到了有关专家的好评，经全国耳科权威专家评审，治疗药物性耳聋，达到了世界领先水平，并获得了全军医疗成果三等获。

　　1970年12月份参军入伍，从事卫生医疗工作，主要研究治疗药物神经性耳聋。1979年至1980年在青岛市立医院耳科进修，1981年至1986年毕业于青岛医学院医疗系。1987年至1989年毕业于山东中医学院西学中班。

      自参军以来，从事专门研究和治疗药源性耳聋、突发性耳聋、燥音性耳聋、老年性耳聋。已取得了明显的疗效，并获得了很大的社会效益和经济效益。通过临床诊治，总结制定了一套治疗耳聋的新方法。以口服中药“耳聪冲剂”为主，配合针灸穴位按摩为辅，中西医结合治疗的具有国际领先水平的综合疗法。已载入了《中国名医大词典》《中国名医400家》《疑难杂症名医词典》《中国名医大观》《常见病特色治疗新编》等书。

　　医学界一直认为：听神经受损伤后，不可逆的。高留华通过多年的临床实验认为：通过治疗听神经是可以恢复再生的，并在1979年提出了改善内耳循环和耳蜗微循环促使听毛细胞的修复再生，恢复聋人听力的理论。通过了动物实验和临床实验得到了证实。

    1993年美国科学家们通过实验室动物实验和活体人体实验试验证明：听神经是可以再生的。

    1994年中国第四军医大学医学科学家们通过实验后研究发现：听神经是可以再生的。

    1995年至1998年，全国多家医疗科研单位通过实验室研究发现：听神经是可以修复再生的。

政治奖励：立三等功三次；嘉奖八次。一九七六年至一九七九年曾九次被北海舰队、舰后、支队、团党委评为先进个人；舰队党委通令嘉奖一次；出席海军第五次党代表大会；出席胶南市人代会。

发明创造：

        1、[1979年]发明了三个治疗耳聋、耳鸣新穴位；（耳鸣一号、二号、三号）

        2、[1989年]发明配制耳聪冲剂。

        3、[1980年]发明快速开窍止鸣无痛针刺法。

Liu-hua Gao is one of the best experts named to cure deafness from the East Hospital of Bei Jing Military Region General Hospital. He is also a director of this hospital ,an otologist and aurist. So far he has cured many deafness patients, and made them recover successfully their aural ability, and speak out of dysphasia more or less. He brought out many academic articles at home and aboard an praised highly for it by many famous experts. Since then, he works at hygiene and medicine in the hospital. He has made research in nerve tinnitus and nerve deafness. He was engaged in advanced studies in Qing Dao city Li Hospital otology from 1978 to 1980,and graduated from medical department of Qing Dao medical college in 1986. Also, he graduated from a class of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medical of the traditional Chinese medical of Shandong .

Liu-hua Gao invented 〝NO.1,NO.2,and NO.3〞for 〝Er Long and Er Ming〞and three new acupuncture points used to cure nerve tinnitus and nerve deafness from 1981 to 1989.He invented 〝Er Chong Slice Agent〞and 〝Er Chong Capsule〞from 1981 to 1989.He created a no pain and benefitted very much 〝Zhen Jiu Liao Fa〞curing tinnitus and deafness by studying out of 30 years.

He has been devoted to studying and curing nerve tinnitus ,and curing it by drugs, studying sudden deafness, noise deafness and presbyacusia studying and made a great success whether at social benefit or economical benefit. He drew a new treatment conclusion about curing tinnitus and deafness through many years clinical trial.

Patients take chiefly oral Chinese medical and combine with acupuncture and massage acupoints and so on. It is a new treatment of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medical and an international advanced level.
